AAA Express services the GTA and beyond, including all of Ontario.  We can offer car and van deliveries to and from Quebec.

Everything from envelopes, small parcels, skidded freight, machinery, dangerous goods, emergency deliveries, and much more. We are not your typical courier as we also offer larger vehicle services such as trucks, flatbeds and 53’ trailers.

Our regular tailgates have a maximum capacity of 1,400lbs while our Super tailgate can hold up to 3,500lbs, making it Super! For more information on our Super tailgate Click Here. If your freight is very heavy, the nominal surcharge for the Super tailgate will far out way the time and effort it would take for your team to break down the overweight skid to fall within the normal tailgate parameters.

We have dispatch available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Our office and customer service is available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm.

Yes! For emergency after hours deliveries, Click Here to send us an email (we monitor our emails 24/7). To preschedule an after hours delivery please call our office at 905-625-1745 during regular business hours.

For appointment times (pick-up and/or delivery), our Direct Service is required. Please notify our staff if you have a specific appointment time and we will be more than happy to add the notes and notify dispatch.

The only service level we offer for full load shipments is the Direct Service.

Yes! We only handle dangerous goods for account holders. If you have a dangerous goods order please advise our team when placing your order at 905-625-1745.

Once an order is placed online, we do not allow any changes to be made via the online system. Call our office at 905-625-1745 with the tracking number generated by the system and we will be able to help you make the changes or add any instructions that you require.

Depending on the service level that you have selected, we will be able to give you an accurate ETA for your order. You can call our office or use our online tracking system. Please note that we are not able to give an exact ETA for orders placed on Overnight or Sameday services.

You can Email us with any questions or concerns regarding the timing of orders.  Please note that our emails are monitored 24/7.

Yes! Under the Client Login section on our home page there is a field labelled “Tracking Number”.  Enter your tracking number there to find the status of your order.

We have made the credit submission process very simple by utilizing an online credit application. Click here to complete our online credit application.

Invoice are emailed to our clients on a weekly basis.
 
Additional copies of current and previous invoices can be found on our website:
 
1. Login to your AAA Express Account with your online account number/web ID/password (provided when account activated)
2. On the top right side of the page you will see the Reports tab
3. Click Reports and you will be able to view and print all of your current/past invoices
Yes! Contact our office at 905-625- 1745 with your order details. You have 2 payment options available;
1. Paypal (funds must be received prior to the order being dispatched)
2. E-transfer (funds must be received prior to the order being dispatched)
1. Login to your online banking
2. Click add/manage payees
3. Add AAA Express as a payee
4. Use the security question and password we provide
5. Once instructions 1-4 are completed, select Interac E-transfer from the main menu (check under the transfers tab)
6. Select a payee (AAA)
7. Select account you would like to send the funds from
8. Type in the amount you would like to send
9. Click send/confirm
 
Please note: E-Transfer orders will be dispatched once payment is accepted.
We do accept credit cards through paypal, you can either pay with a linked paypal account or sign in as a guest and pay with credit card. (We will send you a paypal money request in order to make a payment)

Please ask about AAA Express’ certification in the transportation of Dangerous Goods. In addition, Flatbed and 53’ Trailer orders are subject to availability, so please call our office at 905-625-1745.
