2. Certificate of insurance (min of $2 million liability)
3. Valid drivers license/ Insurance/ Ownership (All in your name and registered to the same Ontario address)
4. If you are operating under your own company please bring the company papers showing you as a director/signing authority
5. Lease/Finance papers (if applicable)
6. Annual Safety for your truck
7. Empty weight (This is not required to get you started, as we can obtain this afterwards)
